Why not treat yourself to some ‘me’ time away from the hustle and bustle of your daily schedule?
Come and join me for a wonderfully relaxing Sound Meditation, in a candlelit private studio in Winchester.
Let yourself be guided into a state of relaxation before becoming immersed in the sounds and vibrations of various instruments, each creating their own unique experience of sound and vibration.
The instruments I will be sharing with you are: 12 Tibetan Singing bowls, each with their own unique tone and vibration; bodrum drum, Chinese Wind Gong, Koshi bells and Rainstick.
There is nothing for you to do except lay on a mat, snuggled in a blanket and just allow yourself to let go and immerse in the experience.
What to Wear
As you will be lying down for the experience, and our body temperature tends to drop when we are still, I would recommend that you wear something comfortable and warm like Jogging bottoms, a comfy jumper and some cosy socks.
What to bring
Mats, bolsters and eye pillows are provided. I would recommend you bring a blanket and a bottle of water. If you would like to rest your head on a cushion then you are welcome to bring one with you to.
