What to expect from my Hatha Yoga classes

My Hatha yoga classes are small, friendly, and relaxed — the kind of space where you can stretch, smile, and slow down. I believe yoga should feel welcoming and enjoyable, not intimidating or overwhelming, so my classes are designed to help you move at your own pace and feel at ease.

We usually begin with a few moments of breath work to settle the mind, followed by gentle warm-ups that gradually build into a flow of postures. Along the way, you’ll find options to make the practice as gentle or as challenging as you like. I love to bring lightness and fun into the class, because yoga doesn’t have to be serious to be meaningful — sometimes the best part is sharing a smile with those around you.

Every class is about finding what works for you, so you leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected.   Most of all, I want you to feel at home here. These classes aren’t about perfection — they’re about community, enjoying the moment, and giving yourself the time to breathe and reset.

Here's what you need to know to come and join us

If you’d like to come along, just send me an email or give me a ring to let me know you’d like to join.

You can pay in cash for your first class, and I’ll then explain how to book future sessions.

Before your first class, I’ll need you to complete a short New Student Registration Form — you can fill it in online here:  New Student Registration Form, or simply arrive a little earlier to complete it before class.

It would be lovely to welcome you to the group!
