I teach two styles of yoga:
Yin Yoga – Yin is a slow practice focusing on stressing the connective tissues. You move into the poses slowly to enable you to keep your muscles relaxed and hold the poses for up to 5 mins. It is a very calming, meditative practice and a lovely complement to a more active (yang) yoga class.
Hatha Yoga – The more familiar type of yoga, but taught at a slow but powerful pace. The focus is on connecting with your body through breath.
